Verified · Documented · Delivered

Checked against a standard.

Kalibra Labs supplies laboratory-grade peptides and compounds. Every lot is independently verified before it ships, and arrives with the documentation that proves it — so you can start work the day it lands.

The Standard

The name is the specification.

To calibrate is to check something against a known standard and record the reading. That is the whole idea behind this company, and it is the reason our customers stop shopping around.

Good science starts with knowing exactly what is in the vial. So we built the business around one question a buyer should always be able to answer: who checked this, and can I see the document?

Every lot we hold is verified by an accredited independent laboratory before it is released. The certificate names the lot number printed on your container — not a lot like it, not a batch from last quarter. You can ask for it before you place the order.

What we own is the interval between a shipment arriving and material reaching your bench: careful receiving, independent verification, documented release, and a file that stays intact long after the order is closed.

It is a simple promise. It also happens to be one we can hand you the paperwork for, which is the part that matters when your own work has to be defensible.

Every Lot

How a lot earns its way onto your bench.

Five steps, every time, for every product we carry. It is the reason the certificate in your file actually means something.

01

Received and held

A new shipment is logged and set aside in a holding area rather than going straight onto the shelf. Nothing moves to available stock until it has been checked.

Received
Logged, sealed and held. Not yet available to order.
Verified
Sampled and sent out for independent identity and purity work.
Released
Certificate returns, stock goes live, orders ship.

Why hold it at all? Because a certificate is only worth something if the material and the paperwork never get separated. Holding a lot until its result comes back is what keeps that link intact — it means the document in your file describes the exact container on your bench, and that nothing was ever sold on an assumption.

02

Independent verification

A sample goes out to a laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025. Using an outside lab is deliberate: the people checking the material have no stake in the answer, which is exactly what makes the answer useful.

03

Identity as well as purity

Purity comes from HPLC, identity from mass spectrometry. Purity alone tells you a sample is consistent; identity tells you what it actually is. We ask for both, because you need both.

04

Released with its paperwork

When the Certificate of Analysis comes back, the lot goes live and the certificate travels with it. It is issued to Kalibra Labs and references the originating lot number, so the document and the container always reconcile.

05

Kept on file

A retention sample from every released lot is archived for two years and the certificate is filed where your team can pull it. If a question comes up eighteen months from now, both the material and the record are still there.

Included as standard

What arrives with every order.

None of this is an upgrade, an add-on, or something you have to ask for twice.

Certificate of Analysis

Issued to Kalibra Labs and referencing the lot number printed on your container. Available before you order, not just after.

A retention sample

We keep part of your lot on the shelf for two years, so a question a year from now still has a physical answer.

A named contact

One person who knows your account, your history and your timelines. Not a ticket queue and not a chatbot.

Lead times up front

Quoted before you commit and confirmed at order, so you can plan a run without guessing at a ship date.

Catalog

Four product lines, priced to your volume.

We quote rather than publish a price list, because the number that matters depends on what you order and how often. Tell us what you need and you will have real pricing the same week.

Why we quote instead of list. A published price is a guess at your order. A quote is an actual answer — built around your volumes, your schedule and the specifications you work to. It also means there is a person on the other end of it, which turns out to matter far more than a shopping cart when a deadline moves.
Our Promise

Six things we hold ourselves to.

Every supplier says they care about quality. These are the specific commitments we will put in writing, and the ones you should hold us to.

  • Every lot is independently verified before it is released. No exceptions, no rushed shipments.
  • The certificate names the lot in your hand — not a similar lot, and not a typical result.
  • Documentation comes before the purchase order. Ask for a CoA and you get it, whether or not you buy.
  • Retention samples are archived for two years, so a question is always answerable.
  • We tell you plainly what we are and what we are not. You will never have to decode our marketing.
  • One named contact who knows your account, your specifications and your timelines.
