Shipping
Kalibra offers free USPS Priority shipping on orders over $200 within the United States. Free-shipping offers apply to US delivery addresses unless otherwise stated.
Orders placed before 1pm PST, Monday through Friday, are scheduled for same-business-day dispatch. Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are scheduled for the next business day.
USPS Priority Express is also available where offered at checkout. Shipping services, rates, and availability may change; review the options shown before placing your order.
Following your delivery
When your order ships, a shipping-confirmation email will include your tracking number. Use that number to follow the shipment with the carrier.
If you have a question about a shipment, contact our team with your order number and the delivery details you would like us to review.
Returns & refunds
If your order has not shipped, you may request cancellation and a refund by contacting Kalibra. Please include your order number so we can locate the purchase.
Refund requests may be submitted within 30 days of the order date. Contact us before sending any product back so we can review the request and provide instructions.
Refund timeframe
After a refund is processed, please allow 2–3 business days for it to appear in your account. Posting times can vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
